Rates are for weekly rental: Sunday noon to Saturday noon. Other start/end days may be arranged if the schedule permits. The price includes a cleaning fee for the end of the week. Ranch house: $2100 per week Cabin: $1000 per week |

Terms of payment |
• Payment of 50% of the rental cost will secure your reservation • The balance is due 30 days prior to the first rental day • Cancellation charges: 90 or more days before arrival, no charge * 30 to 90 days before arrival, 10% of total cost *15-29 days before arrival, 50% of total cost * Less than 15 days before arrival, no refund |

• Utilities: heat, hot water, gas, electricity • Telephone: local calls • Linens, towels and bedding • Basic laundry and bathroom supplies • Basic cooking supplies and staples |

• Telephone charges beyond the local area (we suggest you use a calling card or charge calls to your home number) • Food, beverages and cooking supplies consumed during your stay • Sleeping bags for loft sleepers • Recreational equipment and supplies (fishing gear, backpacks, etc.) |

• Children are welcome, but the house is not baby or toddler-proof. • The house sleeps 8. The cabin sleeps 4. • This is a non-smoking house. • Sorry – we can’t allow pets. |
